Hi! I’m Amanda! I’m the owner and sole operator of The Copper Dog. I’m a Christian, a wife, a mother, a nurse, and a new entrepreneur.  I love to travel, drink wine, and do crafts.  My husband and I have been married for almost 9 years. First Week

Ya'll, it was only one week ago that The Copper Dog was officially open for business!  I am blown away by the love and support everyone has shown me.  This first week has gone better than I ever expected.  I hope that I will someday inspire my own kids to be ambitious and do big things.  For now, they are having fun chiming in on the shop Instagram stories.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

A year ago my husband and I started The Copper Dog (lovingly named after our dog, Copper).  It was originally going to be a coffee sales/subscription box service.  Unfortunately, that fizzled out 6 months later.  One problem I know led to that downfall... lack of passion.  I didn't really care about selling coffee.  Don't get me wrong, I LOVE COFFEE, and we still drink it everyday.  But to actually sell and market coffee wasn't my thing.   Flash forward to this spring...I have been doing a lot of shopping local with all of this COVID-19 craziness going on.  I've been shopping...
